| Hello! My name is Michael Paradero. I am 19 Years of age. I am now in the 1st year of my college education at Misamis University. My course is Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. It will take me 5 more years to finish my education. I now live at Balay San Columbano in Ozamiz City. I am very fortunate that Lolo Father Kill accepted me into the Educational and Rehabilitational program at Balay San Columbano. I was recommended by my older sister who is also in the program. Before I lived in our family home in Barrio Bag-ong Opon, in the town of Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. We are 12 children in our family. My father, Exepanio, is a farmer. He works very hard every day to try to meet the needs of our large family. There is no extra money for putting us through school. My mother is busy taking care of all of our brothers and sisters and has little time to raise more income to help my father support us. I would like to help my younger brothers and sisters get an education as well as other poor kids who need help if God continues to help me and I can complete my course. With the help of God and the kindness people have shown to me, I think I can do that. I thank all of those who are helping Lolo to care for us.
